| Our bakery and patiserrie in the
beautiful area of Thiseio in the centre of Athens has been in operation since 2003. Our aim was to fill our neighbourhood with beautiful aromas and tastes, and to keep our customers and their tastebuds completely satisfied. The shop in Thiseio is a bakery and also a fully organised patisserie. It is here that our sweet creations are prepared, lead by our chef Joseph Ajjan and our patisserie team. All of the ingredients that we use for our products is always of the highest and freshest quality. Everyday you can find traditional spinach, cheese and leek pies, as well as pizza, peinirli and filopastry snacks. During the Easter fasting period we adjust some of the ingredients of our products and can produce a selection of tasty pies, but without any egg or cheese. We also produce a great selection of fasting cakes and cookies. Some of sweets and snacks are also produced to cater for those of you who may be following a healthy diet. We produce a selection of cakes and cookies which are made with brown flour, and less fat and sugar with them. For the uniques tastes of these sweets, we use honey, oats, fibre and dried fruits. If you are planning any events such as parties or gatherings, either at home or at work, it is here at our Thiseio shop that undertake catering for such events. We can provide a fine selection of catering snacks and sweets. Our Thiseio shop is open everyday, and we look forward to welcoming you here soon, so that you can taste for yourself the quality breads, sweets and cakes that we proudly produce. |
